My clear retainer has turned cloudy. How do I get it clear again?

Cloudiness is usually calcium build-up from saliva. Soak the retainer in a retainer cleaner, or a 1:1 white vinegar and water solution, for about 30 minutes. Regular cleaning will stop it coming back.
